Does cholesterol is harmful?

My aim is to provide better
Our bodies make all the cholesterol we need. About 85 percent of your blood cholesterol level is endogenous, which means it is produced by your body. The other 15 percent or so comes from an external source

Cholesterol is mainly produced by your liver (about 1,000 milligrams a day), Cholesterol is essential for:
• Formation and maintenance of cell membranes (helps the cell to resist changes in temperature and protects and insulates nerve fibers)
• Formation of sex hormones (progesterone, testosterone, estradiol, cortisol)
• Production of bile salts, which help to digest food
• Conversion into vitamin D in the skin when exposed to sun light

Western countries are experts in the material philosophy based science without understanding that it is good only for technological developments, and not good for studying or understanding the science of living organisms.
Biological developments started in India ever since the evolution of human race and our AYURVEDA is the GOD FATHER of all medical sciences. People must understand that.
“NEED OF THE HOUR IS NOT "SYMPTOMATIC TREATMENT", and life long medication is utter nonsense.
The American Medical Association, in its official journal (JAMA), admits that 44% of all coronary artery bypass surgery is done for inappropriate reason.
